I am a 50 year old Father, Grandfather and husband that has come to a point in life wanting to give back and do something bigger than myself. The hike alone cannot be for me alone so I thought a cause would be in order for such a journey.
For me to have the freedoms in which have provided value to mine and my families life I have been inspired to continue to show my support to our veterans.
My belief is that we have got to pay attention and provide our teens with healthy and encouraging activities that can teach and provide value in which can in turn add value to our future therefore these are my choices to hike for beyond my personal reasons. less
