My name is Sheena, trail name Coach. For the past 6 years, I have had a serious case of wanderlust. To fulfill this desire to explore, I have been traveling as a physical therapist assistant and backpacking regularly. Last year, I hiked from Georgia to Massachusetts, just over 1500 miles on the Appalachian trail. This year, I intend on finishing the journey and, if able to, contributing to a cause greater than I. less
The first part of the day did a number to my right knee. Maybe because I'm compensating for my blister. Anyway, started sprinkling, so I decided to set up camp. Only 8 miles tomorrow and New Hampshire in the morning.
