My name is Sheena, trail name Coach. For the past 6 years, I have had a serious case of wanderlust. To fulfill this desire to explore, I have been traveling as a physical therapist assistant and backpacking regularly. Last year, I hiked from Georgia to Massachusetts, just over 1500 miles on the Appalachian trail. This year, I intend on finishing the journey and, if able to, contributing to a cause greater than I. less
Cool and Breezy today, which made for nice hiking. Made it to Vermont. The blister on the bottom of my foot is still pretty bad, it doesn't help that I'm still trying to walk 15-20 miles daily on it. Running low grade fevers by the end of the hiking days.
