Factory farm animals are treated inhumanely. The term "cage-free" only means animals are not in individual cages. Most of them are enclosed in tight, dirty spaces.
I decided to use my Colorado Trail thru-hike to raise money for The Humane Society of the United States. My goal is to raise $500, which will help put an end to factory farm animal cruelty. https://www.humanesociety.org/
To learn about what goes on behind the closed doors of factory farms, click here to watch activists sneak into a farm and see what they find: www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=474&v=yU4PJCuslD0&feature=emb_logo.
But beware: It's tragic and hard to watch. Please care. Together we can contribute to stopping these practices. Thank you! less
